Stew of Ffumami, Manjyu, and Kubu – Stew of black red beans, papaya and kelp –

材料

(10 servings)

  • っふまみ Black beans  400g
  • まんじゅう Papaya (whole) 500g x
  • くブ Kelp 30 knotted pcs
  • みやーくんつ Miyako miso 80g
  • わーぬあうっう゛ぁ Lard some
  • さりいズ Dried sardines 40g

道具

  • びゅーがっさ Alocasia odora leaves 10 pcs

手順

  1. っふまみ ゆ ぴたぴたてぃ かう゛ばか一ず ぬ みずん ゆーがまーす つきーうき゜。
    Soak black azuki beans overnight in enough water to completely cover them.
      
  2. みずん つきうキたー っふまみ ゆ ういびしー うすばかーずぬ や一らった なズきゃー にズ。
    Cook water-soaked black azuki beans until soft enough to smash with your fingers. 
     
  3. まんじゅう ゆ 半分んかいきしー かー とぅ たにゅー とズた一あとん 2 センチ はばん きす。
    Cut papaya in half, remove the peel and seeds, and then cut into 2 cm cubes.
       
  4. ふきゅー ゆーんかい まんじゅう ゆ いじ みっずう すピだらす。
    Hard boil the papaya in boiling water, then drain.  
     
  5. くブぁー かぎっちゃ あらい みっずう すピだらす。
    Wash kelp thoroughly and drain. 
     
  6. なびん わーぬ あうっうおー いジ あっつあし さりいズ ゆ つぅーうまつしー いズきつかー まんじゅう ゆ いジ じゃってぃ いズきー とぅり うキ。
    Heat lard in a pan, saute dried fish over high heat, add papaya, saute briefly and remove. 
     
  7. くブぅ わーぬ あうっうぁしー いズき いズきたー まんじゅう とぅ さリいズ っふまみ ぬ に一ずる ゆ 2 カップばかーズ いジ いみっちゃぬ うまつしー 40分ばかーず にズ。
    Saute the kelp in lard, then add the sautéed papaya and dried fish, as well as 2 cups of the black azuki bean stock, and boil for 40 minutes on low heat. 
     
  8. に一ばなん っふまみ ゆ いジ みや一くんつ し一 あっずぁ つきあずぬ くむきゃー にズ。
    When cooked through, add the black azuki beans, season with the Miyako miso, and simmer on low heat until the flavors are thoroughly combined.
     
     
  9. きし一 あらい ぷしうキたー びゅーがっさん くなみー  とう。
    Serve on a cut, washed, and dried leaf of Alocasia odora, and the dish is ready.
